Questions
How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and add a card. You get 7 days with Pro features and up to 50 responses. You can cancel any time before it ends and you won't be charged. Building and previewing forms is free and needs no card.
What counts as a response?
Only submitted responses. Your own previews and test chats never count, and neither do people who start but don't finish. Limits are per workspace per month, across all your forms.
What happens when I reach my limit?
The form politely tells new visitors it isn't accepting responses right now, and we email you. People already partway through can still finish. Upgrade any time and the form reopens straight away.
What happens if a payment fails or I cancel?
If a payment fails, your forms stay live for a 7-day grace period while the card is retried. After that, or when a trial ends unpaid, forms stop taking new responses (anyone mid-way gets 24 hours to finish). You keep read and export access for 90 days; then the data is deleted, after an email warning.
Can respondents game their score?
Scores come from your scoring guide, and the model is told to treat everything a respondent writes as data, never as instructions. Code then checks every score is in range and for a real criterion before it's saved, and computes totals and rankings itself.
Which languages are supported?
Respondents can answer in their own language and the AI replies in it. Answers are stored as written and translated into your language for review.
Where is data processed?
In the United States, by the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You can delete any respondent's data, and set your workspace to delete responses automatically after a period you choose.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing from the Billing page at any time.
